V-TUF DELUGE 2000L 10HP Yanmar Diesel Highway Trailer Bowser with Dust Suppression Cannon (DELUGE2000HWTD10DC) pairs a 200 Bar gearbox-driven diesel pressure washer with a 2,000-litre onboard water supply and a long-range oscillating dust suppression cannon — high-pressure cleaning and wide-area airborne dust control from a single towable unit.

For: demolition, quarrying and construction contractors who need both high-pressure washdown and long-range dust suppression away from a mains water or power supply.

Important: Road-legal highway trailer — confirm your tow vehicle rating and licence category before towing. Service the engine annually. Legislation that applies

COSHH Regulations 2002 — Respirable crystalline silica and other construction dusts are hazardous to health; using dust suppression to control airborne particulates should form part of your COSHH assessment.

HSE EH40 Workplace Exposure Limits — Dust suppression helps keep exposure below the workplace exposure limits set out in EH40, particularly for silica.

CDM 2015 — On construction and demolition projects, dust control forms part of the contractor’s duty to plan, manage and monitor health risks.

Environmental Permitting Regulations 2016 — Wash-down water, silt and diesel spills must be contained and must not enter surface water drains.

PUWER 1998 — As work equipment in commercial and industrial use, the machine must be maintained, inspected and used by trained operators.
