Pump & Gearbox - V-TUF Super Series XHDM400SSGB2, 1" Hollow Shaft, 15 L @ 200 Bar (Return to Tank Bypass) (XHDM400SS-GBKIT2) is a 250 Bar (3600 PSI) max-rated industrial pump and gearbox assembly with 1" hollow shaft, suitable for 1" horizontal shaft engines such as Loncin VLCP15, Honda GX240/GX390, and Yanmar/V-TUF VLCD10 diesel engines. Low-revving design decreases wear. Comes complete with a detachable unloader valve fitted with a 2m return-to-tank bypass hose, preventing the pump from overheating when running in bypass.

For: Engine-driven pressure washer installations requiring a 1" hollow shaft pump and gearbox with return-to-tank bypass protection. Recommended replacement for the Interpump 59 series E3B2515 pump on Belle Bowser pressure washers.

Important: Most mains water supplies cannot cope with 15.7 L/min — running on suction from a water butt or tank is advised if unsure. Recommended extras: inlet filter P13.6511AL, suction kit E1.1013KIT (3m), inlet fitting MB8/MB12/NP. Service kits: valve kit VTPKIT2, water seals VTPKIT28, pistons VTPKIT120571.

Safety — before powering the system:

1. The unloader valve MUST be set to minimum pressure.
2. The bypass port MUST be open.
3. Set the unloader to the required pressure, which MUST be less than both the unloader's maximum rated pressure and your equipment's maximum pressure (do not exceed 250 Bar / 3600 PSI).
4. Set the locking nuts so the running pressure and lock line pressure cannot be exceeded.
