35M V-TUF Retractable tufREEL, Powder Coated Steel (V5.2351) is a commercial and contractor-specification self-retractable 35m hose reel in yellow powder coated steel, with a proven design and a max rated pressure of 600 Bar.

Comes standard with a 200 Bar (3000 PSI) swivel; an optional 400 Bar swivel can be fitted. The uniquely constructed 4-roller V-TUF multi-adjustable hose care guide reduces the need for swivel mount brackets, as the hose can be pulled from any angle — reducing wear and the space taken up in the hose reel area.

Key specifications:

Max rated pressure: 600 Bar
Standard swivel: 200 Bar (3000 PSI); optional 400 Bar swivel available
Inlet: 1/2" BSP female
Dimensions: Height 580mm; Width (including swivel & mounting plate) 320mm; Length (hose drum diameter + hose guide in standard position) 560mm
Construction: Yellow powder coated steel

What’s included:

1x V5.2351 reel (hose not included)

Important: No more than 35m of hose should be used on the reel drum, or the recoil spring may be damaged. Hose drum inlet is 1/2" BSP female with a 1/2" M x 1/2" M adaptor and brass sealing washer supplied — for a 3/8" BSP F hose, fit to the drum with an MB6/MB8 3/8" M x 1/2" M nipple and a 3/8" sealing washer (W6). If you want a complete kit with hose, see the recommended hose options: 35m Blue Hose 3/8"F x 3/8"F (WFB23835FFYKB), or the more flexible WFB51635FFYKB; plus an MB6/MB8 adaptor. For a connector hose from pump to reel, use an MB6/FB8 fitting, 2x W6 washers, and a 5m Blue Hose 3/8"F x 3/8"F (WFB23805FFYK) or your preferred hose. This V5.2351 reel is the replacement for the WFHR30PC reel.
