Legislation that applies

COSHH Regulations 2002: Employers must control exposure to hazardous airborne substances. High-volume HEPA air filtration helps reduce airborne dust and contaminant concentrations at the work area.

CDM 2015: On construction, refurbishment and demolition projects, dust and air-quality controls form part of managing site health risks under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
