V-TUF ATX4500i — Troubleshooting
45L i-series M-Class ATEX Zone 22 dust extractor with detachable stainless bin and semi-automatic Air Jet Cleaner. Pick the symptom you are seeing for the likely cause and a safe fix.
ATEX Zone 22 machine. Always switch off and isolate the supply before checking anything. Never run the machine in a classified explosive-dust area with a damaged filter or a broken antistatic/earth path.

5 things to check before anything else
1. Bin & bagDetachable bin emptied and an ATX102 liner bag fitted for fine dust.
2. Cartridge filterCartridge (ATX171) clean, dry, undamaged and seated in the filter chamber.
3. Hose & inletHose clear, connected and the inlet seal airtight.
4. PowerCable undamaged; on 110V, a correctly rated site transformer.
5. Earth continuityAntistatic path intact — essential before any use in an ATEX Zone 22 area.
